Custom Post Type pagination is now working in index and front-page

Hi

I am making a project in which I have need to use Custom Post Type only and I am getting an issue regarding pagination. Pagination is not working in index.php and front-page.php file. I got page not found errors. Its working only in templates file but when I assign that template page as a home its give me same error “Page not found.”

I have used a lot of query_posts with different parameters but issue is still there. Anybody can help me to sort out this problem?
