Custom Post Type Option

Is there any way to limit Revisionary from being active on certain custom post types? I am using a plugin that creates a custom post type that creates a public profile for each one of my users. Each time someone edits their custom post type that hasn’t been published, it creates a draft copy because I have my custom post type set to not allow my users to publish their own profiles.
It would be great if there was a setting that allowed you to chose what things Revisionary was used on, ie. check boxes that listed Posts, Pages, Custom Posts (list each one), but for now if could get some direction on potentially making the edit myself, I am willing to hack and slash. I know if I do this my changes will be removed if I were to update the Revisionary plugin, but I really need this functionally on native posts and pages, but it is not working at all with my custom post type.
