  • @asbplanet It looks like you’re using another AMP plugin at present. Regardless custom post types are supported, depending on the mode you’ve selected and your configuration you may need to enable AMP for that custom post type.

If you want to share an example of any URL when using this AMP plugin we can assist further.

I just again installed your plugin.
    Template mode “reader”
This is custom post type.https://thatpages.com/latest-cnn-news-updategupta-reacts-to-georgias-safety-guidelines-its-ridiculousthatpages/ this is not working on amp .

@asbplanet Does the same problem occur when checking using transitional mode? Please try temporarily disabling your active optimisation and caching plugins before attempting to access the AMP version of that URL again.

If that fails please share your Site Health information.

    (@asbplanet)

I don’t know what is this “transitional mode? ”

How can I show you website health report?

    Thread Starter asbplanet

    (@asbplanet)

I disabled all plugin and still custom post is not on amp

@asbplanet You can navigate to “Tools > Site Health > Info” in order to obtain your Site Health info. Please then select the “Copy site info to clipboard” option and paste in your response here.

To switch to transitional mode AMP you’ll find the option when clicking on the AMP tab from within your admin dashboard. This mode allows you to use your existing theme for AMP.

I want to send you website credentials . Can you gave me your email ID?

@asbplanet We’re unable to login to users sites unfortunately. But please share your Site Health information and we can hopefully assist once we have an understanding of your setup environment and plugins.

If you prefer to share your Site Health information privately you can use this form.

Can you try deactivating the “SG Optimizer” plugin and try again? I recall there are compatibility problems with that plugin.

    Thread Starter asbplanet

    (@asbplanet)

Yes I deactivated SG optimizer but still custom post type “questions” not working.i have one question is it possible to show related posts on single page?

@asbplanet Are you using a plugin that creates the questions post type, such as with the WPQA plugin? Please attempt deactivating that plugin, along with others before checking whether AMP URLs are accessible.

Also check your AMP settings, as I don’t see any AMP version available on your singular URL such as the “About Us” page.
