custom post type not workign with permalink

Hello
I have created a custom post type ” report” and everything is working fine, My permalink structure was
https://mysiteurl.com/?p=123
and my report link was appearing as
https://mysiteurl.com/report=myfirstreport

when I have changed the permalink structure to %postname%
My report links are not working anymore, its giving 404 page not found error, rest of the site is working fine and my report link is appearing as
https://mysiteurl.com/report/myfirstreport

Please let me know how to make my report link work along with permalink set to %postname%
