Custom Post Type not showing in option list

I have created a Custom Post Type using the ‘Custom Post Type UI’ plugin.
When I’m in the Widget’s settings, only the default ‘Projects’ Custom Post Type is there as an option to show/hide that widget.
How can I get all my Custom Post Types to appear in this list?
