custom post type not appearing in menu

    the custom post types that I created labled article and chapter are not appearing as post types in the navigation menu options for the website. I see pages and posts with a listing of items that are in them but not articles which has items in it. Both Show In Nav Menus: and Show In Menu: is set to true.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Go to Appearance -> Menus -> Screen Options (displayed at the top of the page) -> Check your CPT (Article and Chapter).

    Let me know if this fixes the issue.
