In this case, kindly be advised that Elementor doesn’t have any capabilities such as creating or handling Custom Post Types. So this had to be created via custom-code, a third-party theme, or a third-party plugin.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control over third-party themes/plugins, and custom code.
So please try contacting the author of your plugin/theme/custom code, for extra guidance.
