    Hello.
I have a website that has multiple contributors based on their speciality.
I have created Custom post type field groups and their fields.

Initially, I set these contributors as authors, but I see that they can all see each other’s content.
Also, I would like them to post for me to review and not publish.

It looks like I should have set them as contributors.

But when I tried that, the custom post type fields in the admin do not show and I have no idea why not.
I am hoping you can help me sort this out.

I am not sure if I need to specify what can be seen somewhere?

    Contributor view: (Incorrect)

No custom post type fields and the editor is visible.

    Author view: What i need)

    Custom post type fields
    No editor.

    Thank you.

Sounds like whatever tool you’re using to create these fields needs to have their user levels adjusted so that more user roles can see them. Not something CPTUI handles.
