Custom Post Type Customization

    I want to add some custom meta(s) to the custom Post Type block for a specific custom Post type. Post meta are only available in Recent posts block. I know how to do this but my concern is what happens when getwid plugin is updated.
    Also, can i create new custom blocks in getwid?

    How do I go about these?

    Thanks for your questions. If you add new meta box for our custom post type block it will work properly. Could you also clarify your further question. Do you mean output of some blocks in custom template so this will work too.

    Okay, now that i know it will work. How do i avoid my custom meta erasing when getwid plugin is updated?

    Hi @abayomi222,
    Your meta fields should not be erased after plugin update.
