Custom Post Type Custom Taxonomy Term Template

I’ve a problem custom post taxonomy term template.

Custom Post Type: themes

Custom Taxonomy: themecategory

I’ve created taxonomy.php. Added content but dont see anything.

Always taking “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” message.

Custom Post Type archive page works fine.

Added same functions.php codes into the twentysixteen theme. It didnt work. is it a bug?
