Hello i want to use the custom post type plugin and i created some differenet post types. One of them should be displayed as a PAGE type with template attributes, but there is no option where i can choose the template style. Where can i do this? which settings do i have to set when i create a post type as a page?
I created custom post type “gallerytest” as a page and i selected hierarchy = yes has_archive = yes. I also created an archive-file named archive-gallerytest.php

But i still cannot choose any template. I dont know what to do?? ??

    regards

Are those percent signs showing as is in the URL? not just in the setting and being parsed out of it upon usage on the frontend?

Are you trying to set that via the CPTUI field for a rewrite slug or is it from the permalinks page? As far as I’ve ever been aware, you don’t provide those in the CPTUI setting, just the actual slug you want used.

these percentage signs are from permalink settings page!

I do not use them in CPTUI. My Settings in CPTUI are shown in screenshot of my last post above, please check them. i have no idea..

Sadly I don’t either, and permalinks are notably difficult to debug as many things can be interjecting themselves at various points.

    Ok it works now

i set false to “hierarchical” and activated front base.

i dont know why, but it works now and i dont want to try any other changes ??

Odd, but I’ll take it. As long as it’s doing what you need it to do, that’s the important part.
