custom post type as page with templates?

  • Hello i want to use the custom post type plugin and i created some differenet post types. One of them should be displayed as a PAGE type with template attributes, but there is no option where i can choose the template style. Where can i do this? which settings do i have to set when i create a post type as a page?

    Hello can anyone help me please?
    I created custom post type “gallerytest” as a page and i selected hierarchy = yes has_archive = yes. I also created an archive-file named archive-gallerytest.php

    But i still cannot choose any template. I dont know what to do?? ??
