Custom post type archive?

Hello and Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays to all.

I don’t know if that’s what I’m looking for. totally newbie here

I want to start an image site comparison. But i was looking for a sort of inside post division where each image has his “own section” on same page.
Meaning that you can rate/comment on each image (5 by page). And I want them to move up/down according rating (ordering by rating).
I believe I should use a multi-author site, but other than that I don’t know where to look.
any theme, plugin or service I should look at?
