• Hello Sir,
When we install things like WooCommerce, Tutor LMS, Ecstatic and so on, they create or add Custom Post Types of Product, Courses, Real Estate and many others to our website, as standalone Custom Post Types.

WPRM doesn’t seem to come with something like that(I guess?)

My main concern is that– if WPRM comes as a standalone Custom Post Type that doesn’t need to be added inside Posts, as WooCommerce and so on don’t need to be added inside Posts, then there would be more Granular Control with more extendable and appliable functionality.

For example, I want Category Count. Something like this– https://prnt.sc/11a8wgh which was inspired from here– https://arielthemes.com/demo/ennlil/

Or something like this— https://prnt.sc/118odoq which is inspired from the Right Sidebar of here– https://demo.wpdelicious.com/delicious-recipes/

Can we have this feature anytime soon?

Needing to hear from you soon.
    Regards

WP Recipe Maker does have it’s own wprm_recipe post type and all recipe categories (courses, cuisines, ingredients, …) are taxonomies. Both can be made public on the WP Recipe Maker > Settings > Post Type & Taxonomies page to be made public.

That said, for most sites we do not recommend using it like that, but rather add the recipe as part of a parent post. If you want that to be a separate post type, you can create one: https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/279-recipes-and-their-parent-post
