Custom Post Title to my Tweets (no OG Title)

    Hello, i want wo change the Title of the posts that uploading to my Twitter Account.

    When i post a new article to my blog, this automatically upload it to my twitter.

    The Tweet has:

    1) Post Title (no OG TITLE)
    2) Image
    3) OG title and summary of the articles.

    How can i Modify (add a specific word) the post title that?
    What php file i have to edit for this?
