Custom post template

Hi,
I’m looking for a plugin if it exists(but I didn’t find it yet) that could help me manage post templates. I tried a couple but that doesn’t do exactly what I want. I’d like to be able to have a post template with custom fields and template variables, what would be nice is to be able to create different input types(checkboxes, lists,…). Basically I try to create a template to display recipes. And the hrecipe plugin is totally not what I’m looking for. I might ask for too much(?). Any good advices for that project would be really appreciated.
