Custom post archive

I have installed WP Table Press Pro on my website, but can’t find a smart way to make a post archive.
I have made about 2500 post for my small newspaper and I want to make a post archive at my website for my reader to find old posts.

A table with feature image, post title and link to the post.

Ex. the newest posts on page 1, and the oldest posts on page 50.
Every time I post a new post it would automatic been added in the archive.

If its possible to have responsive settings that automatic show 2 rows if you open the archive on mobile phone, and 4 rows if you open it on computer.
