Custom post and archive template paths

I am in a muddle with custom post types and archive page

I have a landing page to introduce my custom post types here which is a page making use of advanced custom fields plugin:

https://www.ivfabroadhelp.co.uk/staging/find-ivf-clinics-europe/

then I have clinic article pages:

https://ivfabroadhelp.co.uk/staging/clinics/reprogenesis/

in the breadcrumb it shows the archive page “clinics” but what I want to achieve is using the page /find-ivf-clinics-europe effectively as the archive page.

There seems to be a disconnect between the custom post type paths and what I have set in the menu, a bit lost as to how I would achieve the above
