Custom Position Placement not working

    I’ve used the Custom Position placement option before with success, but after a recent WordPress update it doesn’t appear to work the same. I’ve placed a custom placement to put an ad onto the homepage before the content but it is not displaying. I used the Jquery selector but it instead places the ad underneath the footer. Please help!

    thanks for reaching out.

    It seems that JavaScript is broken on your site. Based on the reports I am seeing, it might be something related to “mailerlite”. If that is a plugin, could I ask you to disable it and let us know in customer support if the issue persists?

    Custom Position is a feature in the Advanced Ads Pro plugin and therefore we can’t support it here in the free forum.

    Hi! Thanks for the quick response. We do not have a plugin installed for Mailerlite, our email marketing provider. We removed the Mailerlite javascript from the code and the ad is still not showing in the proper place.

    I am a Pro subscriber — I will submit via customer support to continue this conversation.
