Custom poll/voting system

This will probably best be answered by a more advanced coder/plugin user. Please take the time to give any valuable information as you can. Very much appreciated in advance.

The purpose of the WP site I’m developing is to hold a vote/poll on each and every post. Each vote will only have 2 options: Opt A and Opt B. Once voted on, I would like to display the percentage of people who voted for Opt A and the percentage who voted for Opt B, preferably on a single dynamically adjusting percentage bar.

IE:

I have spent several days testing several different plugins such as:
WP-Polls, Democracy, Poll Daddy, Vote It Up, & GD Star Rating.

So far out of everything, I am most pleased with how GD Star Rating functions but it is by no means intended for this purpose. Perhaps there is a way to modify it.

The trouble with the other plugins is that they require you to make each individual poll separately and then I must embed them into each post accordingly. Because each and every post of mine will be a poll, this will prove to be quite unmanageable. GD Star Rating automatically embeds into every post and runs everything in the background.

It is important to me that the system be very dynamic like GD Star Rating and there several other important features I’d like to include in the system, but I’m just looking for the best information on where or how to start. We’ll keep it simple first.

I would very much appreciate any input from a knowledgeable person on this subject whether it be a all-in-one plugin, a customized or manipulated plugin, or even a similar system outside of the wordpress system that could be used.
