Custom Plugin for news site

Seeking a custom plugin. I want to email information to a specific email addr and have WordPress automaticall publishing; this is similar to postie plugin but I need more functionality.

Each email will contain information about a news article.

Info I need to send in email: title, article URL, category, excerpt (3-4 sentences).

I need the plugin in to: 1) read the email, 2) identify the category (assign), retrieve a 150×150 image (lookup based on category) and embed the image (float left), article title, excerpt and a READ FULL ARTICLE URL (target=”_BLANK”)…
