Custom permalink problem – Need to use index.php – Webmin/VPS/Centos

    Hi,
    My website on the latest version of WordPress is running using Webmin on Centos VPS. I can view all the pages when the link is like xyz.com/?page_id=14 but when I go for any other permalink (like /%postname%/), I get Not Found error. But, if I use /index.php/%postname%/, I don’t have any problem.

    Want to know, how do I remove the index.php thing from my links? I think I have to do something on the server as all my wordpress websites hosted on the VPS is having the same problem.
