To clarify my first entry’s question, what code is required to add Membership General Settings Payment Method?

Followed URL(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfOMIxNfr3w) suggested in response to similar question from developer when searching for documentation, however Membership Settings > Membership General Options Payment Methods will automatically default to paypal if no payment method is selected.

If bank transfer or stripe (not available in all countries) are selected the cost of WC Checkout product does not match what product was created. Followed documentation and video and payment default/ forces paypal, bank transfer, and stripe at 1.00 without directing to WC Checkout as video suggests.
