    Hello,

    Am trying to create a Custom Payment form wherein a customer can buy either 1 or 2 or max 5 tickets. The cost per item is INR200.

    If, for example the customer selects 2 tickets from the dropdown, the total payable amount is not calculated. What’s the mistake am i making here that the price is not getting calculated?

    Or Alternatively, please suggest how should i do it?

    Hi,

    I can’t recreate your issue on our demo, so there must be a conflict with some other plugin on your site. Try to disable all other plugins to see if the problem goes away.

    However, if you are working with quantities, there is no option to limit the amount to 5 tickets. You’d have to create 5 items and in that case, there would be no calculation.
