Custom pagination query variable

    Hello, I am using a custom query var in the url to paginate single posts

    For example a post may have different content for example.com/example-post/page=2, example.com/example-post/page=3 etc.

    The problem is that when page cache is enabled there are times when page 3 displays content from page 1 for example.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    Hello, I cannot share the url at the moment but the caching method is Opcode Alternative PHP Cache (APC / APCu)
