custom pagination

Hi there,

I would like a JS/CSS code for:

1. I only want to show 4 page butons and a previous and next button. I chose a page limit of 4, but there is no way to go to any further pages then. It only shows [previous 1 2 3 4] when on the 4th page.

I would like to see [previous 1 2 3 4 next] as on page 2 and 3 is that possible?

2. There’s another issue I would like to bring up. I chose a limit of 5 pages as a test and now the first page does not show the number 4, but gives … instead. The last page shows the same dots instead of a 2. Could you explain why and how to change this?
