Custom page url for multi page posts

  • Hi, can you implement custom url for pagination in multi page posts? (the ones you write with <!–nextpage–>)

    Example:

    /post/2/
    /post/3/

    change to:

    /post/stringforpage2/
    /post/stringforpage3/

    Maybe is possible adding rewrite_rules, or with some plugin
