Custom Page Content

  • Tried using the wp-knowledgebase plugin. installed, works but i am trying to customize the page that shows the KB by adding other things around the shortcode.

    i use DIVI and none of the DIVI stuff is showing but even with a standard WP theme all it shows is the KB stuff

    am i doing something wrong?

  • Same here. I was re-reading the directions and realized I created my own page and trashed the one the plugin added, I suspected that was my problem. Did you do the same?

    Regardless, it’s odd – If I remove the shortcode, everything stops working. But if I add any content above or below the shortcode, it simply does not show up.

    yes it looks like it doesn’t use the page at all

    I ended up modifying their php templates

    +1 for me
