Custom Page Color

Hi again,

When I go to my page color settings I’m not seeing all my pages there, how do I get all the pages to show up so I can add the custom colors for the primary menu?

Also, do you have a code for making the search text show inside the search box or making it show at the right of the box so it doesn’t make the top menu so big?
