Custom Ordering of Product Attributes, not attribute terms

  • Hi,

    I’m at a loss for finding any information on changing the default order or attributes, not the terms stored in them. For example I have 3 attributes named color, brand, size. On the single product page under additional information, they are displayed in alphabetical order brand, color, size. I want a custom order to them, as in size, brand, color. Is this possible?

  • Try:
    1. Dashboard > Products > Attributes, then set “Default sort order = Custom ordering”
    2. Product edit page > Product Data section > Attributes tab, then drag and drop to suit.

    Thanks, that does work, but I’m looking to do it globally, not per product. Any ideas?

    I don’t know how that could be done without a chunk of custom code.
