    Hi

I have 385 different variations in WooCommerce, which is size-variations. I have selected the “Custom ordering”-option, but when I try to change order, my changes are not saved …?

I have 45 different color-variations and it works fine.

I’ve tried changing my “PHP max input”-value but it does not resolve the issue.

Does anyone have the same problem?

    Thank you for your time.

  • Hi @oscarsk ,

The drag and drop function is a JavaScript running in your browser. If you access your browser’s console does it show any errors there when you reorder?

You can also check for any errors under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button.

Any errors there can help identify the source of the issue.

This kind of problem can also be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know what you find!
