Hi! I tried to upload orders with renumerated numbers.
I used one plugin that you recommended: Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce and Booster for Woocommerce with similar functionality. However, bulk upload didn’t work

    Hi @assa123,

We checked this we found an issue with the suffix in custom order number generated by Booster for Woocommerce. We will fix this issue in the next release of the plugin.

    Thanks,

Thank you so much! May I ask you about when do you plan the update to happen? The site is live right now..Uploading is fine, we can do it manually for some time but tracking may become an issue..

    Hi,

We just released the latest version of the AST and fixed the custom order number issue with Booster for the WooCommerce plugin.

    Thanks,

Hi, it’s still not working… I even purchased the plugin that you recommended as fully compatible – “Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce”. It’s still not working.

All I do is adding date prefix to the order, so if today is July 4th 2020, then prefix will be 20200704. I also set order width to 6 characters.
So final order number will look like 20200704000001

    Please check it again…

Hi, this is the pro version of Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce plugin, we do not say we are fully compatible to it, we have full compatibility with the Free version but we do not have the pro plugin to test for compatibility, you should try to contact the developers and ask if they can send us a copy of their pro plugin and we will be happy to add support for it

Hi! May I have your email to share with the “Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce” plugin developer? They are asking for it to share a copy of their plugin with you. Or is there any other way?
