Hi! I tried to upload orders with renumerated numbers.
I used one plugin that you recommended: Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce and Booster for Woocommerce with similar functionality. However, bulk upload didn’t work

Ok, we found an issue there was a change in the Custom Order Numbers plugin, we will add adjustment for that for the next release which is scheduled for the next days. We will update you once the version is released.
    Thanks

    Hi! Thank you so much!
Booster for Woocommerce has the same functionality for order numbers(called Order Numbers). We have just tested and both Custom Order Numbers and Booster, but Booster didn’t work. I thank you again for taking a look at this issue and would really appreciate you checking/adding support for the same functionality of Booster.

Thank you so much! Does it (custom numbers) work both for uploads and order tracking?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi! Thanks for reply.
Actually, we have just checked and it failed to upload custom sequential order numbers generated by Booster for Woocommerce. Please see the error screenshot below:

Also, on the tracking page the order number is the old standard one.
Could you please check again? This can become very confusing for our customers.

    Very much appreciated!!

    Hi @assa123,

We check this but we can’t replicate this issue. Can you please check that you using the latest version of both AST and Booster for Woocommerce.

    Thanks,

I think we found where the issue is coming from.
No prefixes are allowed. Only the new order number without prefix is allowed. You can try adding a prefix in free version of booster: it won’t work with uploads and tracking.

We’re using the paid version of the plugin(please see settings below).

In this case custom order number doesn’t work even without a prefix (the old order_id is displayed).

    Could you check please?
