    Dear Sir,
    Custom Order Number is not updating in payment gateway page.We found that order number generated in site is different from order number generated by payment gateway. Order number generated in site has to pass to payment mode.But its not happening.Can you Please help us to solve the issue.

    Regarding the query, could you please inform us where exactly you are finding the Order number changed? It would be great if you can share the screenshots of the same and the steps to replicate the issue.

    1. At the time of payment, In the payment gateway page we are not getting custom order number. We feel the customized order number is not conveyed to payment gateway(CCavenues)
    2.So CCavenues taking by default order number.
    Please help us.
