    Hi,

    With WP 3.9.1 and version 1.3.6 of the plugin the category order is not stored:

    * I go to Posts -> Taxonomy order.
    * I drag ‘n drop the categories in the order I’d like.
    * I press ‘Update’ and the ‘Items Order Updates’ message displays.
    * I go to another page (e.g., Dashboard -> Home).
    * I go back to Posts -> Taxonomy order. The old order, prior to manually changing it, appears again.

    It seems like the order is not stored in the database. Might someone have an idea to fix this?

    Hi
    Can you check if term_order column exists within your wp_terms table? If no, de-activate the plugin then turn back on.
    Also you may have a php error message on your site produced by another code, then when saving the order it does not actually process it, i suggest to check with AJAX response.

    Thanks for your response. Tentatively, it seems to work now. The changes that I made two days ago appeared yesterday. I’m not sure what causes this lag, perhaps it’s related to the caching my host does outside WordPress (if they also cache database queries).

    Anyhow, it seems to work now. Thanks!
