    Hello everybody,

I’d like to disable all emails that go to the customer. I will soon send them via another platform (Billbee).

Only one email template should remain, the order confirmation (independent of the status of the order).

Can you tell me which template I need to customize? Can I also create my own HTML template?

In Woocommerce I see the templates, but they depend on the status.

I hope you know what I mean.

    Thank you & many greetings
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

Can I also create my own HTML template?

Yes, it’s possible to create your own templates. Although, I understand that you want to send an email upon order confirmation, will this email be the same for all order statuses? If this is the case, you could edit the email templates for all emails that are sent to customers for all statuses to be the same template. Or disable the default emails and use the plugin AutomateWoo to create a custom template (can be HTML) that is sent out when an order is created: https://woocommerce.com/products/automatewoo/

Feel free to get back to us in case you have any additional questions!

    Hi,

thank you for your answer. Exactly, I only want to send a single mail about Woocommerce, and that’s the order confirmation (For orders by bank transfer would be attached in addition, the bank account, or?) Otherwise I would design both templates the same (customer-processing-order and customer-on-hold-order). I would then deactivate the remaining emails.

Can’t I create my own HTML template without a plugin? It would be convenient with a plugin, but also expensive.

    Thank you & many greetings
    Robert

Sure, you can look into creating a customized email template, but this will require some PHP knowledge. This guide is a good place to start: https://www.tychesoftwares.com/create-custom-email-templates-woocommerce/
