Custom options are missing

Hello, I have a problem with the custom fields. On the product page I can set the option, the price increases correctly. On the cart page, I can see the options in the product description, on the checkout page everything is ok too. But after the payment, I can't see the selected options. The price is right, but the options have disappeared, they don't appear in the order summary, neither on both sides (customer and back office). This means that as an administrator, it is impossible for me to know which option my customer has chosen, and on his side, my customer is not sure if he has ordered the right options correctly.
