custom option on homepage are not working

hello, I’ve just tried now, unfortunately is not working.

Appearance > customize > blu pencil of the widget, is not working, any of the widget of the page is reacting to the “click on” the blu pencil.

Appereance > customize > menu widget on the left side > widget, I can only modify some of the widgets of the page.

If I add a new widget, I can modify the content of the new widget created and then, once is published, I cannot make any change, the blu pencil is not working any more.

still not working. For now I need to delete a call to action widget, I can do this directly on the code. Would be nice to fix the problem anyway ??
