Custom Option Not Showing on Order

    I have searched the support before posting. But the custom options I have created are not showing up on the order page.

    I have updated to the latest version, I have updated WordPress and Woocommerce. I have cleared my cache on my browser and WordPress – nothing.

    Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  • Hi Matt,

    if you updated to latest version from old, you need to re-save your settings. It will fix this issue.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply. I re-saved my settings, ran another test transaction but this did not fix the problem.

    Is there a web hook I am missing? Is there additional code I need to add to my functions.php?

    Not sure what I am missing but thanks for the support.

    HI Matt,

    are these options are showing on cart/checkout page? And what is product page URL?
