Custom og:title tag?

    Related problem.
    I want to pull the og:title from the tagline, which is set on the general settings page.
    I think I can do this with a filter: fb_og_title, but I’m not sure how to do that.
    I think I need to add the filter in the theme functions.php file.
    But I’m not sure how to get the tagline.
    Has anyone figured out how to do this?
