Custom note for each room after a booking

  • Hi

    I have a multiple appartments in differente places in the same city. I need to add a custom note for each appartment that will be sent to the guests when reservation in confirmed.

    This note will always show the same info for the appartment: how to get the keys. But it is different for each appartment.

    Can I add this note?

    No problem if I need to buy PRO version or add code to could do this…

    Hello,
    thank you for your message. You can use the “Conditional Texts” feature which is available also on the Free version of Vik Booking.
    You can create a specific conditional text that you need to assign to the rules:
    – booking status: confirmed
    – room booked: Apartment 1
    You need to create this for each apartment you have.

    At this point, you need to add each conditional tag to the “Customer Email” template by just clicking on the button and then the location where you want to place the code.
