Custom Navigation Edits Don't Work

  • I can add an Existing Page to my Custom Navigation menu, but when I click the pencil logo to edit the link name, it won’t open. My computer just thinks and thinks and never moves from that screen. I double-checked to make sure java script was enabled on my browser and it is. Any other suggestions?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
