Custom Navigation buttons?

I have had a flash animation on my site for my slideshows since we launched last year. However, we know that flash is becoming depreciated and that we need to replace it. The problem is that we have very specific navigation buttons for our slideshow that we want to use with the new one (https://www.eatplaywilliamsburg.com/). Will this work with your plugin? If so, how?
