    It works automatically though,

That has to be a theme/plugin conflict. I’ve just tried to add a field to test profile form, once I fill it in, the sad face disappeared!

Got to be a conflict on your installation from another plugin?

    ??

    Thanks for your quick reply

I de-activated all plugins (except yours of course)
I changed themes (Twenty fifteen, Govpress, Edin).

Each time I noticed the same behaviour. A conflict sounds reasonable, however, it’s no conflict on plugin or theme level.

    Best regards,

Can you try this for yourself on our site and see if it works ok for you? No one else has reported this issue so must be something on your install that is causing it. Can you try on a clean install and make sure you do not have any cache plugins on your site.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Things are getting more clear. I registered on your website.
As I add some text to my profile, the behaviour is identical. However, if I put some information in one of the fields you show, the messasge disappears.
Conclusion: you need to complete some of these fields (which do not appear in my case). At least we know now what to look for…..

    I’ll keep you posted.

By the way: nice website, I like the style!

    Hi,

He behaviour is exactly as I expected. Adding biographical Info is not enough to switch of the message and the emoticon. As soon as other fields are placed in the form and at least one of the fields is filled in by the member, the message and emoticon disappear.

I guess it would make sense to make the message and the emoticon disappear when the biographical Info is filled in only.

    Best regards,

    Stef
