• Create 1 row, drag the WordPress Custom Menu widget in, select menu from the drop-down, looks OK at first, but then after saving, it just shows the menu ID number like this:

    #569 (no title)
    #437 (no title)
    #337 (no title)
    #223 (no title)

Tried many many times. No joy. Also, once the menu is added the outer row becomes impossible to select. Have to delete the inner container.

    Hey Rmmcclay,

Thanks for posting! I have just now tried it on my local install and it works fine. Do you have any menu plugins installed? Can you try disabling all plugins except BB and see if you get the same thing?

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi Ben! Thanks for replying.

I’ve made this 2 minute MP4 video demonstrating the problem. It seems to only happen with certain menus.

That page in the demo is here: https://proqcna.proqc.com/page-template-2

    Thanks for any thoughts.

    Hey Russ,

It’s really weird how it does that! Can you try switching to a different theme real quick and see if you get the same thing? I know sometimes theme’s modify the core widgets as well. You could try one of those free TwentyX themes.

Also, is this happening on newly created menus as well? Or just that specific pre-footer menu?

    Ben
