• Hi,

I have been looking on forum topics, but I haven’t found the answer to my problem.

As it says on the title, the custom menus are now taking to either archives or to a 404. It is also happening on the breadcrumbs, so I think it must be a configuration problem. I haven’t changed anything (I believe!) on the main structure, which is rather simple and it didn’t use to happen before.

Can anyone shed a light, please? I have the feeling it is much more simple than it looks like.

    Thanks!

  • What happens if you add a new link in the menu to (for example) google.com? Does that show up? This way you can determine wether it ignores the links you placed or wether it doesn’t know what to do and just goes to the archives..

    Thanks for your answer.

I have partly solved this issue. On the drop down menu, the main category ‘Life in London’ keeps not showing up on the breadcrumbs. It looks as if the system just didn’t know what to do, and still does not know.

For some reason, this problem has got back. I don’t know what to do.

What I have seen is that the subcategory pages are all right, it is the ones on the top menu – order 0, no parent category.

The pages do exist on the system and are active. It’d be really useful to know why this issue keeps appearing. Thanks!
