Custom Menu not being saved

  • I have tried several times to save a custom menu to use with an Artisteer theme.

    I go to Appearance > Menus in WordPress & select a Primary menu from the drop-down list & hit Save. It looks like it saves, but then if I navigate away from the Menus window & then go back, it’s gone.

    I am using WordPress v. 3.1.1 with Artisteer v. 2.5.0.31067.

    Funny thing is, I have another site also running on WordPress v. 3.1.1 & using a theme that I designed using the exact same Artisteer install and the custom menu works fine.

    Is this an Aritsteer issue or a WordPress issue?

    Any ideas?
