Custom member area with user page updated by admin

  • I am about to start a project for a custom members area for an estate agents client portal. I am struggling to work out how I would have a section where the user will have access to see how their property sale is coming along which will be updated by the administrator. This will have a feed of the process and stuff like how the sale is getting on ie contracts signed, waiting on offer, the sale is approved etc.

    Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this?

    You’d probably want to start with a membership plugin of some sort. If the best fit you can find still doesn’t completely meet your needs you can custom code various aspects and/or use other plugins to fill in the gaps.
