    Hello,

I am using the MyListing theme with which I have created a customized event listing type.

Will this plugin allow me to map fields from an ics file onto the custom fields I have for events on my site?

    Example:

    DESCRIPTION > Description
    DTSTART > Start_Date
    GEO > Lat_lon

    etc…

    Hello @herky-fishbine,

Thank you for reaching out to us,

You have to customize the plugin for the custom post type. The plugin already has enough actions/hooks that you can use to customize it. then, you can import the event in your post type.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for the fast reply. Can you tell me what exactly would need to be customized? Is this done through the plugin’s administrative interface? Would I have to edit the plugins PHP files? Would I have to edit database tables?

I am trying to better understand where the customization would occur.

    Hello @herky-fishbine,

Currently, plugins support leading event calendar plugins like The Event Calendar, Event Mager, All in one event calendar, etc. There is no functionality to support custom post time with My listing to map fields. You need to customize php files a lot to get this functionality.

You can contact us on our website here for more support.

One more question: Do you offer such customization?
