Custom map with categories and filters

Hi everyone!

I am trying to find a specific map plugin (or other solution), that will allow me to add a map with multiple locations, custom descriptions and pin icons, embed google.maps rating (not mandatory) and the ability to add multi-level categories and filters (e.g. cafes, bars, recommended places and so on). It is going to be something like City-guide. I am sure, the idea is clear ?? Any solution for this?
